About

I'm Manager III, Program & Promo at Compass Group Canada, one of the country's largest food service companies. I lead the design on brand, environmental and event projects.
Most of what I make has to work in real places: a food hall, a hockey arena, a residence café, a ballroom full of executives. That means names, signs, screens, menus, guides and templates, not just logos. A lot of my recent work is the creative behind RFP responses, and I like that the result can be measured. Last fiscal year that work was part of $13.3M in awarded contracts.
I also build the tools. I write Python pipelines that turn one source file into hundreds of print-ready pieces, and I use AI for mockups and variations so the time goes into decisions. Before Compass I spent two years doing broadcast motion graphics at CityNews, including the 2019 Federal Leaders' Debate.
I'm looking for a full-time role leading design, remote or hybrid from Guelph, Ontario.
