Justin Francisco, Senior Graphic Designer and Creative Director

Hi, I am Justin Francisco.

I'm a visual logician; a designer who thinks in systems first, styles second.

I build from first principles, so ideas hold up across every expression:

Ten years of experience building strategic visuals and branding for major clients across diverse sectors. (Chefs Hall, York U, Kitchener Arena, Compass Corrections, North York General Hospital).

My systems-first approach and interdisciplinary fluency let me turn around large projects on tight deadlines: I designed a full visual system (branding, wayfinding, multiple venues) for Sarnia Arena in two weeks, delivered to print before they opened for the season.

My goal is to create scalable frameworks that work across platforms and adapt to different contexts. Design should be functional, increasing ease and efficiency for end users, not just looking good on a mood board.

Unlike most designers, I have real working knowledge in code: enough to prototype web and app interfaces with complex 3D visuals and animations, and to collaborate with engineers without needing a translator. I use AI as leverage, accelerating workflows without compromising originality.

I direct across disciplines (photographers, videographers, junior designers) and often work in both English and French.

What I do:

  • Strategic brand systems and assets
  • Creative direction across disciplines
  • Environmental and experiential design
  • Illustration, video, animation, 3D, UI
  • AI-accelerated design workflows

What I want:

Remote creative leadership at a US product company or agency. I want to set direction, build systems, and work on projects that perform.
